From our very beginning Megatrend cultivated an encouraging organizational culture. We never thought we should specially adjust and go out our way to notice the needs of our employees – this is something we have been doing from the start. This is why we are exceptionally glad to have received the MAMFORCE Standard; we believe it recognizes the kind of relationship we have with our employees and their needs.

Through collaboration with the MAMFORCE Team we developed high-quality guidelines that we plan to realize with the intention to increase our current and future employees’ satisfaction even further.
